Under One Roof
Most projects juggle a sub-contractor for the install and a merchant for the materials - two diaries, two invoices and a gap in between where the programme slips. Levy Inter closes that gap: we fit the works and we supply what goes into them.

Our core trade. We set out, install and finish building works to the specification - first and second fix, partitions, ceilings, joinery and fit-out for commercial and residential projects. Directly employed and managed labour, working to the programme and the drawing.

Commercial Fit-Out
Office, retail and unit fit-out delivered end to end - strip-out, install, finishes and making good. We work to your designer's drawings or value-engineer the detail with you before the work starts.

Building Materials Supply
Our wholesale arm sources timber, boards, fixings, insulation and finishing materials at trade pricing and delivers to your site or ours - the same supply chain that feeds our own installs, opened up to other trades.

Site Works & Labour
Managed installation crews for contractors who need reliable, directly supervised labour on a package - priced by the job, run to your site rules and signed off at each stage.

The two halves together: we quote the materials and the installation as one package, so you carry one price, one programme and one company accountable for the finished result.

Take-off
We price from your drawings or a site visit - a clear take-off of the works and the materials, with the install and the supply broken out so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Programme
Once the scope is agreed we set the sequence: material lead times tied to install dates, so the kit lands when the crew needs it and the programme does not stall waiting on a delivery.

Install
Directly managed crews fit the works to the drawing, to your site rules and method statements. One supervisor owns the package and keeps you updated at each stage, not just at handover.

Handover
We snag our own work before you do, make good, and hand over clean. Materials are reconciled against the take-off so there are no surprise extras at the end of the job.
